I didn't create
The I Love Method™
because I had never struggled.
I created it because I had done the work.
I spent years looking for lasting change.
Meditation. Personal development. Inner work. Vipassana retreats.
Learning. Practicing. Trying to become better.
And it worked. I was changing.
But something still didn't make sense.
I knew what I wanted to become.
I could understand the concepts. I could repeat the affirmations. I could do the practices.
And still… something inside me resisted.
I couldn't understand why.
Until I realized I was trying to create change from the wrong place.
I was trying to convince myself to become someone new. But a part of me still didn't feel ready to live it.
The problem wasn't that I needed more pressure.
I was missing the foundation.
The moment I understood,
everything changed.
I stopped fighting the part of me that resisted. I started listening.
I learned how to create safety around change. I learned how to work with my mind, body, and emotions together.
And the process became different. Not because I tried harder.
Because I finally understood how to work with myself.
The I Love Method™
was born from that discovery.
It is not a theory I created from a distance. It is a framework built from lived experience, observation, practice, and years of searching for what actually creates lasting change.
I created the method I needed when I was trying to change.
You don't have to become someone else.
You can learn how to work with yourself.
That is where real transformation begins.
Train the feeling. Everything else follows.
